1. Operating Entity

Our operating entity is Yunnan Liangbo Trading Co., Ltd., Unified Social Credit Code 91530100075256772G, a limited liability company wholly owned by a natural person. It was founded on August 2, 2013, with registered capital of RMB 1 million, and is based in the High-Tech Zone (Gaoxinqu) of Kunming, Yunnan.

2. Food Business Qualification

We hold a Food Business License, number JY15301040002391. The licensed business type is food sales operator, and the licensed scope is sales of pre-packaged food (excluding refrigerated and frozen food). Issued on November 21, 2022, it is valid through November 20, 2027.

Two trademarks are registered in our name with the China National Intellectual Property Administration, both in Class 30 (tea):

Songdehao (颂德號): Registration No. 15973755, registered February 21, 2016, renewed through February 20, 2036.

4. Supply-Chain Facts

Sourcing relationships: Our relationships with tea mountains and primary processing workshops are purchasing relationships, each spanning more than 10 years.
Fermentation: Our ripe Pu-erh is fermented by the fermentation masters at the primary processing workshops we work with.
Storage: Tea is kept mainly in Kunming dry storage — in the early years in warehouses in the Economic Development Zone (Jingkaiqu), and later in warehouses in the High-Tech Zone (Gaoxinqu).
Tea mountains (not exhaustive): Jingmai, Laoman'e (buying bitter and sweet teas since 2004), Yiwu, Manzhuan, Hekai, Jinggu and Bulang.
Invoices: Invoices can be issued for orders.
